Booking Terms and Conditions
for Only One LLC

1. Definitions
- Booking: The reservation for a Trip or related services offered by Only One LLC.
- Contract: The agreement formed by the Booking, these Terms, and any signed agreements (e.g., Liability Release).
- Guest/Traveler: The individual(s) making or included in the Booking.
- Platform: Our Website, mobile application, or other booking channels operated by Only One LLC.
- Supplier: Third-party providers of travel services (e.g., accommodations, transport, guides) arranged by Only One LLC.
2. Booking Process
- 2.1 Eligibility: To make a Booking, the lead Traveler must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. For minors (under 18), a parent or legal guardian must make the Booking and sign any required agreements on their behalf.
- 2.2 Reservation: Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, completion of the registration form, and a signed Liability Release and Assumption of Risks Agreement (where applicable). A confirmation email will be sent as your receipt.
- 2.3 Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate information, including Traveler details, payment information, travel dates, and health conditions relevant to the Trip. We are not liable for errors or issues arising from incorrect information.
- 2.4 Agency Role: Only One LLC acts as an agent for Suppliers providing travel services. We are not the source or supplier of these services, and Suppliers are responsible for their performance.
3. Prices and Payment
- 3.1 Pricing: Prices are quoted on the Platform and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until the Booking is confirmed. Additional costs (e.g., visas, travel insurance, or optional activities) are your responsibility.
- 3.2 Payment Terms:
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total Trip cost is required to confirm a Booking, unless otherwise specified.
- Final payment is due 60 days prior to the Trip start date. For Bookings made within 60 days, full payment is required at booking.
- 3.3 Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card and/or bank transfer, or other methods specified on the Platform. You are responsible for any bank transfer or credit card fees.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- 4.1 Guest Cancellations:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@onlyonesafaris.com. Cancellation fees are as follows:- 61+ days before Trip start: Loss of deposit (20% of Trip cost).
- 60–31 days before Trip start: 75% of total Trip cost.
- 30 days or less before Trip start: 100% of total Trip cost.
- No refunds are provided for no-shows or early departure from a Trip.
- 4.2 Our Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel a Trip due to insufficient participation, force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or a credit toward a future Trip, less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for incidental expenses (e.g., non-refundable flights, visas).
5. Guest Responsibilities
- 5.1 Conduct: Guests must comply with all Trip rules, local laws, and Supplier policies. Prohibited activities include illegal behavior, disruptive conduct, or actions that endanger others. We reserve the right to remove Guests from a Trip for non-compliance, with no refund.
- 5.2 Health and Fitness: Adventure Trips may involve strenuous activities (e.g., hiking, water sports). You must ensure you and all Travelers in your Booking are physically and mentally capable of participating. You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation.
- 5.3 Travel Documentation: You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other required documentation. We are not liable for denial of entry or participation due to missing or incorrect documentation.
- 5.4 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and adventure activities. You are responsible for ensuring your insurance meets Trip requirements.
6. Assumption of Risks and Liability Release
- 6.1 Inherent Risks: Adventure travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, remote locations, unpredictable weather, wildlife encounters, and limited access to medical care. By booking, you acknowledge and assume these risks for yourself and any minors in your Booking.
- 6.2 Liability Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Only One LLC, its employees, agents, Suppliers, and affiliates from liability for any claims, injuries, losses, or damages (including death, property loss, or emotional distress) arising from your participation in a Trip, even if caused by our negligence. This release applies to you and any minors in your Booking.
- 6.3 Third-Party Services: We are not liable for the acts or omissions of Suppliers or other third parties involved in your Trip. Any disputes regarding Supplier services must be addressed directly with the Supplier. Only One LLC will endeavor to help you resolve any outstanding issues to the best of its ability.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Platform, including logos, images, and itineraries, is the property of Only One LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce such content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- 8.1 General: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Only One LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, or financial loss, arising from your Booking or Trip participation.
- 8.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, terrorism, or government restrictions.
- 8.3 Maximum Liability: Our liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your Booking is limited to the amount paid for the Trip.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible at www.onlyonesafaris.com/privacy. By booking, you consent to the sharing of your data with Suppliers to facilitate your Trip, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Booking confirmation, the Privacy Policy, and any signed Liability Release constitute the entire agreement between you and Only One LLC. No other representations are binding unless agreed in writing.
By making a Booking with Only One LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any required Liability Release and Assumption of Risks Agreement.
